Each station meets a stage of the coffee process, from cherry to cup. Coffee and music answer to the same forces: temperature, pressure, time and community.
That's where the name comes from. In coffee, the bloom is the water's first contact with the grounds: the coffee releases gas and opens up. In Jamaica, it's the music that flourished under pressure.
