Strong
Strong names three things: how much coffee is dissolved, how much was extracted, and body. The first two move with ratio and grind.
Body is what doesn't dissolve and stays suspended: oils and the finest particles. You feel it between your tongue and your palate.
When someone tells us a coffee is strong, we ask what they mean. If it's body, the grind changes little. That decision comes earlier, in the coffee, the roast and the filter. A natural has more body than a washed coffee.
