Writing down the recipe

A recipe that wasn't written down is a cup that happened once.

We write little: dose, grind, water, time and what we liked about that cup. The last is hardest to write and most useful later, because numbers alone don't say why it was worth returning to.

With that, the cup stops depending on whether we happened to get it right that day.
